Notes:

• In order for us to book you onto the Karsten Camp-Out, please complete all sections of the form and submit it to us a.s.a.p. - latest before 28th February 2019. If in any doubt please contact us on 01763 273662 - If you want to elongate your stay, please just give us a call with the dates.
• Places are limited so please submit your form as soon as possible. We will create a waiting list if this event is oversubscribed.
• Pitches available are Non-Electric. We will allocate your pitch upon your arrival on site. See prices at the bottom of the form.
• We will be making all bookings on your behalf with the Campsite ASAP. We will contact you for the deposit payment, with your balance being payable upon arrival on site.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• If bringing children, the site needs to know the ages so please include these where indicated with the ages separated by a comma. 
• The contact details are for our information only and will not be shared with anyone.
• We have exclusive use of the main field and barn should the weather be inclement. Also worth noting there is a nice pub directly opposite the site!!!
• PLEASE NOTE: We only have NON-EHU pitches left, but there will be a facility for you to boil a kettle and charge mobile phones/laptops etc...
